At this time, MetroGIS does not distribute the Regional Parcel Dataset
to individuals and organizations that do not qualify as government or academic
interests. (Click here to
learn about the progress of steps to make such distribution possible.) These
individuals and organizations must instead acquire the data directly from each
county. A license will be required and a fee will be assessed based on the
amount of data (number of parcels) you are requesting. To request only a
portion of a county, you must provide a clear description and/or map that
delineates the area for which you would like the parcel data. Contact
information for acquiring the Regional Parcel Dataset in each of the seven
metro counties is as follows:
