March 31, 2004 Meeting
In an effort to minimize the amount of time required to download and review agenda materials, as well as
minimize paper waste, the Committee's agenda packet has been broken into several components.
The "Main Agenda Packet" contains the meeting agenda, minutes from the previous meeting, and a short, often
1-2 page, report for each Action and Discussion item and major project updates. Each action item report states the
action requested from the Committee, explains the issue/opportunity, and offers recommended action by the Committee.
Reference materials and larger supplemental documentation pertaining to Action and Discussion items, as well
as the standard Information Sharing reports, have been set up to be accessed separately through the links below.
Staff would appreciate your feedback on continuing to separate the packet into components.
