Data Standards Team

The Data Standards Team worked to identify and/or develop standards that allow data sharing among the participants of MetroGIS. As a result of the findings of the 1998 Participant Satisfaction Survey, this team was consolidated into the Technical Advisory Team in October 1998.

Policy Advisory Team

The Policy Advisory Team worked to identify strategies to obtain stakeholder commitment and financial support for a sustainable MetroGIS. A new organizational structure was adopted by the Policy Board on July 11, 2001, resulting in the elimination of this team.
